Yes! Non-students are welcome to book a summer stay at a number of our properties. All booking terms and conditions are the same as for student bookings.

No, we are happy to offer you these stays for as short as 1 day if needed.

We request that the total amount due is paid in full, once you have signed your contract for the extension period. The total balance must be cleared before the start date of your extension. If you have any queries regarding these payment terms, please contact your residence team.

We will do our best to ensure you remain in the same room as your academic year booking. Some rooms may be subject to availability, so speak to your residence team asap if you are interested in extending or checking in early!

The total amount due is to be paid in full upon completing your booking. If you do not pay before your check in date, your booking may be cancelled and you may be refused access.
