Refer A Friend Offer – All Now Student Living Properties

1. Offer Period

This offer (“Refer a Friend Offer”) is open from Thursday 8th October 2026 to Thursday 31st December 2026 (“Offer Period”). It applies to referrals made for bookings for the 2027/28 academic year only.

2. Offer Summary

Referrer Reward: £200, issued as cashback (rent credit) if the Referrer holds a booking for the 2027/28 academic year, or as a voucher (of the company’s choosing) if they do not. See section 7.

There is no reward or incentive for the Referred Friend.

Vouchers or cashback will be issued once all eligibility criteria (detailed below) are met. No cash alternative will be offered.

3. Eligibility – Referrer

To qualify as a Referrer, you must:

  1. Hold a current, completed booking for the 2026/27 academic year at any Now Student Living property, under a valid Tenancy Agreement of at least 41 weeks.
  2. Not be in rent arrears or in breach of any existing or previous agreement with Now Student Living.

Note: This offer is open only to residents with a current 2026/27 booking. Previous residents, and anyone without a 2026/27 booking, are not eligible to act as a Referrer. Referrers do not need to have a booking for the 2027/28 academic year to take part.

4. Eligibility – Referred Friend

To qualify as a Referred Friend, you must:

  1. Not have held a Tenancy Agreement (or Contractual Agreement) with Now Student Living in any previous or current academic year;
  2. Complete a room booking for the 2027/28 academic year at any Now Student Living property during the Offer Period;
  3. Be enrolled in a course of study at a UK further or higher education institution during the 2027/28 academic year;
  4. Check in to the Now Student Living property at the start of your tenancy; and
  5. Remain in residence under a valid Tenancy or Contractual Agreement for at least 41 weeks, without giving notice of cancellation.

5. Booking Completion

A booking is complete once the Referred Friend has:

  1. Accepted the terms and conditions of Now Student Living’s 2027/28 Tenancy Agreement (or Contractual Agreement);
  2. Paid any required deposit or pre-payment of rent; and
  3. Passed any applicable cooling-off or cancellation period without giving notice of cancellation.

Bookings completed after Thursday 31st December 2026 will not qualify for this offer.

6. Referral Process

To be eligible for the reward:

  1. The Referred Friend must email the site team within 48 hours of completing their booking.
  2. The email must include the Referrer’s full name and email address.
  3. The email must state whether the Referrer holds a booking for the 2027/28 academic year.
  4. The email must be sent no later than 24 hours before the Referred Friend’s check-in date.

Failure to follow this process may make the referral invalid.

It is the Referred Friend’s responsibility to make sure that all referral details they provide (including the Referrer’s name and email address) are accurate and complete. Now Student Living accepts no responsibility for any errors, omissions, or failed voucher deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information from either party.

7. Reward Distribution

Vouchers will be issued electronically to the Referrer within 28 days of the Referred Friend checking in to their accommodation. They will only be issued once Now Student Living has verified that all qualifying conditions have been met.

If the Referrer holds a completed booking for the 2027/28 academic year, the reward will be applied as a single £200 rent credit against the Referrer’s next rent instalment under their 2027/28 Tenancy Agreement with Now Student Living.

If the Referrer does not hold a 2027/28 booking, the reward will be issued as a £200 voucher.

Vouchers and cashback are non-transferable and non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash alternatives.

Now Student Living reserves the right to substitute a voucher of equal or greater value should the chosen voucher become unavailable.

8. Exclusions

This offer:

  1. Cannot be applied retrospectively to existing bookings;
  2. Excludes bookings made through nomination agreements, referral partnerships, or third-party agents; and
  3. Cannot be used in conjunction with the Group Booking Offer or any other Refer a Friend promotion for the 2027/28 academic year.

9. Verification and Fraud Prevention

Now Student Living reserves the right to:

  1. Verify the identity and eligibility of all participants;
  2. Withhold or cancel vouchers or cashback in cases of suspected fraud, misuse, or breach of these terms; and
  3. Require reasonable proof of eligibility at any time.

10. General

Rooms are subject to availability.

Now Student Living reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or extend this offer at any time without prior notice.

Taking part in this offer means you accept these terms in full.
