2024/25 Refer a Friend Offer

The terms and conditions of the Refer a Friend offer are set out below:

1. This offer is open from 1^st November 2023 to 31^st December 2024 (“Offer Period”). Applying to customers who refer during the 2024/25 academic year only!

• The Refer a Friend value to the sum of £100 will be applied as a credit to the qualifying customer’s account with Now Student Living and will be deducted from the second rent instalment payable pursuant to the customer’s 2024/25 Tenancy Agreement (or Contractual Agreement if staying in one of our Welsh properties) if the customer is paying in more than one instalment or the first instalment if the customer is paying in full. No other payment alternatives are available.

3. To qualify, a referrer must be a current or previous resident with Now Student Living, having or have had a valid Tenancy Agreement (or Contractual Agreement if staying in one of our Welsh properties) for a minimum of 16 weeks AND the referred friend must satisfy all the following conditions:

• must not have a current or previous year Tenancy Agreement (or Contractual Agreement if staying in one of our Welsh properties) with Now Student Living.
• complete a room booking with Now Student Living for the 2024/25 academic year during the Offer Period.
• undertaking a course of study at an institution of further and/or higher education in the United Kingdom during the 2024/25 academic year.
• check-in to the Now Student Living property, where the booking was made, at the start of the 2024/25 Tenancy/Contractual Period; and
• be living with Now Student Living for 2024/25 academic year with a valid Tenancy Agreement (or Contractual Agreement if staying in one of our Welsh properties) for a minimum of 16 weeks and without having given Now Student Living notice of cancellation.

4. For a booking to be considered complete, the referred friend must have accepted the terms and conditions of Now Student Living’s 2024/25 Tenancy Agreement (or Contractual Agreement if staying in one of our Welsh properties), paid the deposit or pre-payment of rent (if any) and any applicable cooling off or cancellation period must have expired without the friend giving Now Student Living notice of cancellation. Internet access is required.

5. Bookings that are completed after 31^st December 2024 will not qualify for this offer.

6. In order for a referrer to be acknowledged and paid for their referral the student who has been referred must send an email to the relevant Now Student Living property’s email address within 48 hours of their booking completion date and confirm who they were referred by, stating the referrers full name and email address. The aforementioned email must also be sent no sooner than 24 hours prior to the referred customer’s check-in date.

7. Rooms are subject to availability.

8. All other terms and conditions of the “Refer a Friend” offer continue to apply.

9. This offer cannot be applied in conjunction with any other offers.

10. Customers who are in rent arrears or who are otherwise in breach of their 2023/24 Tenancy Agreement (or Contractual Agreement if staying in one of our Welsh properties) are not eligible for this offer.

12. This offer:

• cannot be applied retrospectively to customers who have already completed a booking at Now Student Living property for the 2024/25 academic year; and
• excludes bookings for the 2024/25 academic year referred through a nomination or referral agreement or an agent.

13. These terms and conditions are governed by All relevant UK laws.

14. Now Student Living reserves the right to withdraw or change this offer at any time.
