Voucher or Cashback and Free Laundry Offer

1. Offer Period

This offer (“Voucher or Cashback and Free Laundry Offer”) is open from 6th January 2026 to 00:01 on 24th April 2026 (“Offer Period”).
It applies to bookings made for the 2026/27 academic year only excluding those at Between Towns Court, Oxford.

2. Offer Summary

Eligible students who complete a qualifying booking during the Offer Period will receive:

  • One (1) £100 incentive, chosen from:
    • £100 Deliveroo voucher; or
    • £100 GiftPay voucher; or
    • £100 Cashback (applied as a rent credit); and
  • Free Laundry, provided as a prepaid laundry voucher.

Vouchers and cashback will only be issued once all eligibility criteria and conditions set out below have been met.

No cash alternative is available for vouchers.

3. Eligibility – Student

To qualify for this offer, students must:

  • Be aged 18 years or older at the start of the 2026/27 tenancy or contract period;
  • Be undertaking a course of study at a UK further or higher education institution during the 2026/27 academic year;
  • Complete a booking at a participating Now Student Living property for the 2026/27 academic year during the Offer Period;
  • Check in to the accommodation at the start of the 2026/27 tenancy or contract period;
  • Not be in rent arrears or in breach of any existing or previous tenancy agreement with Now Student Living; and
  • Ensure their booking is countersigned before the date of offer expiry.

Rooms are subject to availability.

4. Booking Completion

A booking is considered complete once the student has:

  • Accepted the terms and conditions of Now Student Living’s 2026/27 Tenancy Agreement or Contractual Agreement;
  • Passed any applicable cooling-off or cancellation period without giving notice of cancellation; and
  • Successfully completed all required booking steps during the Offer Period.

Bookings not completed within the Offer Period will not qualify for this offer.

5. Voucher and Cashback Selection Process

Voucher Selection (Deliveroo or GiftPay):
To receive a £100 Deliveroo or £100 GiftPay voucher, the student must email the Now Student Living property where the booking was made within 24 hours of completing their booking, quoting either:

  • DELIVEROO100, or
  • GIFTPAY100

Cashback Selection:
To receive the £100 Cashback option, the student must email the relevant Now Student Living property within 24 hours of completing their booking, quoting:

  • CASHBACK100

If Now Student Living does not have a record of this confirmation within the required timeframe, the offer will be deemed invalid and will not be honoured.

6. Free Laundry Provision

Free Laundry will be provided in the form of a prepaid Circuit or Washstation laundry voucher with a maximum value of £200.

  • Students do not need to contact the property to request this voucher.
  • Eligibility will be identified automatically by Now Student Living.
  • The laundry voucher will be issued within 28 days of check-in, provided the student’s rent account is not in arrears.

7. Voucher and Cashback Distribution

  • All vouchers will be issued electronically via email within 28 days of check-in, subject to all qualifying conditions being met and the rent account not being in arrears.
  • Cashback will be applied as a single £100 rent credit against the second instalment of rent.
  • Cashback will be applied automatically to eligible bookings during the Offer Period or until the allocated budget is exhausted.
  • Vouchers and cashback are personal to the qualifying student, non-transferable, and non-refundable.
  • No cash alternatives are available.

8. Exclusions

This offer:

  • Cannot be applied retrospectively to bookings already completed for the 2026/27 academic year, unless the Best Price & Offer Guarantee is activated;
  • Cannot be applied to bookings at Between Towns Court, Oxford;
  • Cannot be used in conjunction with any previous Rebooker, Direct Let Cashback, Free Rent, or Voucher offers;
  • Excludes bookings made through nomination agreements or referral agreements (agent referrals may qualify);
  • Excludes semester, flexible, and summer bookings.

Existing Now Student Living students who are in rent arrears or in breach of their 2025/26 tenancy agreement are not eligible for this offer.

9. Data Use, Verification and Liability

By making a booking, students consent to their email address and contact details being used by Now Student Living for the purposes of administering and communicating about this offer.

Now Student Living reserves the right to:

  • Verify eligibility at any time;
  • Withhold or withdraw incentives in cases of suspected misuse, breach of these terms, or inaccurate information.

Now Student Living accepts no responsibility for bookings not successfully completed during the Offer Period due to technical faults, system failures, or network issues beyond its control.

10. General

This offer is governed by all relevant UK laws.

Now Student Living reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or replace this offer at any time without prior notice.

Participation in this offer constitutes acceptance of these terms in full.
