Students who complete a Booking at one of Now Student Living’s properties for the 26/27 academic year, between 6th January 2026 and 1st March 2026 (“Entry Period”) will receive 1 x £100 Deliveroo OR £100 GiftPay voucher OR £100 Cashback, as well as a Laundry voucher.

To qualify students must:

  • be aged 18 years or older at the start of the 26/27 tenancy period; and
  • be undertaking a course of study at an institution of further and/or higher education in the United Kingdom during the 2026/27 academic year; and
  • check-in to the accommodation at the start of the 26/27 tenancy or contract period;
  • have a Complete booking with NSL. For a booking to be Complete, you must have accepted the terms and conditions of Now Student Living’s 26/27 Tenancy or Contractual agreement, and any applicable cooling off or cancellation period must have expired without giving Now Student Living notice of cancellation.
  • Ensure their booking is countersigned before the date of offer expiry.

  2. The offer:
  • cannot be applied retrospectively to students who have already completed a booking at a property for the 26/27 academic year, unless the ‘Best Price & Offer Guarantee’ is activated
  • cannot be applied in conjunction with any previous Rebooker or Direct Let Cashback, Free Rent or Voucher Offers
  • excludes bookings for the 26/27 academic year referred through a nomination agreement or a referral agreement (agent referrals can qualify for this offer).
  • Also excludes semester, flexible and summer bookings.
  • Free Laundry will come in the form of a prepaid Circuit or Wash Station laundry voucher with £200 of credit and no more. Students do not need to email the Now Student Living property to request this voucher – this will be automatically identified. The voucher will be provided within 28 days of moving into the eligible Now Student Living property and only on the basis that the rent account is not in arrears.
  • For the other vouchers to be valid, students must email the Now Student Living property where the booking has been made, within 24 hours of making their booking stating the voucher they would like to claim as part of this offer, by quoting DELIVEROO100 or GIFTPAY100. If Now Student Living do not have a record of this confirmation, the offer will not be valid and will not be honoured.
  • To select the CASHBACK option students must email the Now Student Living property where the booking has been made, within 24 hours of making their booking stating the voucher they would like to claim as part of this offer, by quoting CASHBACK100. If Now Student Living do not have a record of this confirmation, the offer will not be valid and will not be honoured.
  • All vouchers will be issued via email within 28 days of moving into the eligible Now Student Living property and only on the basis that the rent account is not in arrears.
  • By making a Booking at a Property each student gives their consent for their email address and contact details to be used by Now Student Living for the purposes of contacting them in connection with this offer.
  1. Existing Now Student Living students who are in rent arrears or who are otherwise in breach of their 25/26 tenancy agreement are not eligible for this offer.
  2. There are no cash alternatives to a voucher. Vouchers will be emailed or collected by qualifying students within 28 days of the date of arrival/check in, and only if the student’s rent account is not in arrears.
  3. Vouchers are personal to the qualifying student and are non-transferable.
  4. The value of £100 Cashback will be applied as a single rent credit against the second instalment of rent. This will automatically be applied to eligible bookings until the 1st March 2026 or the budgeted number is reached. There are no cash alternatives to this rent credit. The credit is personal to the qualifying student, nontransferable and nonrefundable.
  5. By making a Booking at a Property each student gives their consent for their email address and contact details (I) to be used by Now Student Living for the purposes of contacting them in connection with this offer
  6. Now Student Living accepts no responsibility for bookings not successfully completed during the Entry Period due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network, or server failure of any kind.
