1. Offer Period

This offer (“Group Booking Offer”) is open from 1st November 2025 to 31st December 2026 (“Offer Period”).

The offer applies to Group Bookings made for the 2026/27 academic year at participating Now Student Living properties.

2. Offer Summary

Students who complete a qualifying Group Booking to live together in the same flat during the Offer Period will receive:

  • One (1) £200 gift card or shopping voucher per group

There is no cash alternative.
The incentive is issued once per qualifying group, not per individual.

3. Group Size Requirement

To qualify, a Group Booking must consist of a minimum of four (4) students.

  • Groups of four (4) students qualify for one £200 gift card or shopping voucher per group

4. Eligibility – Group Booking

To qualify for this Offer:

4.1 The booking must be completed as a Group Booking at a participating property during the Offer Period.

4.2 Each individual member of the Group must:

  • Be aged 18 years or older at the start of the 2026/27 tenancy period;
  • Be undertaking a course of study at a UK further or higher education institution during the 2026/27 academic year;
  • Check in to the accommodation at the start of the 2026/27 tenancy or contract period; and
  • Hold a valid Tenancy Agreement (or Contractual Agreement if staying in a Welsh property) for a minimum of 16 weeks, without having given notice of cancellation.

Rooms are subject to availability.

5. Booking Completion

A Group Booking is considered complete only once all members of the group have:

  • Accepted the terms and conditions of Now Student Living’s 2026/27 Tenancy or Contractual Agreement;
  • Paid any required deposit or pre-payment of rent; and
  • Passed any applicable cooling-off or cancellation period without giving notice of cancellation.

Bookings that complete after 5:30pm on 31 December 2026 will not qualify for this Offer.

6. Referral and Booking Confirmation Process

6.1 To qualify for the incentive, all students included in the Group Booking must email the Now Student Living property where the booking has been made within 24 hours of completing their booking.

6.2 Each email must confirm:

  • That the student is booking as part of a Group Booking;
  • The full names of all other group members; and
  • A nominated and consistent “group leader”, which must be the same across all group member emails.

6.3 Failure to follow this process may result in the Group Booking being deemed invalid.

7. Group Leader and Voucher Distribution

7.1 The nominated group leader will be the sole recipient of the £200 gift card or shopping voucher on behalf of the group.

7.2 It is the responsibility of the group leader to distribute the value of the incentive fairly and in accordance with the wishes of the group members.

7.3 Now Student Living accepts no liability for any dispute, misuse, or misappropriation of the gift card or voucher once issued.

8. Voucher Issuance

  • Gift cards or shopping vouchers will be issued within three (3) weeks of check-in, subject to all eligibility criteria being met.
  • The incentive is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

9. Exclusions

This Offer:

  • Cannot be applied retrospectively to bookings already completed for the 2026/27 academic year;
  • Excludes bookings referred through nomination agreements or referral agreements (agent referrals may qualify);
  • Cannot be used in conjunction with the Refer a Friend Offer for the 2026/27 academic year;
  • Requires students to choose either this Group Booking Offer or the Refer a Friend Offer at the time of booking (this choice cannot be changed retrospectively).

Existing Now Student Living customers who are in rent arrears or otherwise in breach of their 2026/27 tenancy agreement are not eligible.

Unless otherwise stated, this Offer may be used in conjunction with other Now Student Living promotions.

10. Data Use and Liability

By making a Group Booking, each student consents to their email address and contact details being used by Now Student Living for the purposes of administering and communicating about this Offer.

Now Student Living accepts no responsibility for bookings not successfully completed during the Offer Period due to technical faults, system failures, or network issues beyond its control.

11. Participating Properties

This Offer is applicable to:

  • All Now Student Living properties

12. General

These terms and conditions are governed by all relevant UK laws.

Now Student Living reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or replace this Offer at any time without prior notice.

Participation in this Offer constitutes acceptance of these terms in full.
