These terms and conditions apply to the Studio Welcome Offer at Caledon Court for the 2027/28 academic year. 

1. Offer Period 

This offer (“Studio Welcome Offer”) is open from 12 October 2026 and is currently ongoing with no fixed end date (“Offer Period”). The offer applies to qualifying studio bookings made for the 2027/28 academic year only at Caledon Court. Now Student Living reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or replace this offer, or any element of it, at any time and at its discretion, without prior notice; however, any booking that has already met all qualifying conditions under these terms before such withdrawal, amendment or replacement will still receive the entitlement(s) it has qualified for (see Section 12 for other general terms). 

2. Offer Summary 

Eligible students who complete a qualifying studio booking at Caledon Court during the Offer Period will receive the following, according to room type: 

  • All Studios (Platinum, Gold and Silver) – a Kitchen & Bedroom Pack, provided as standard with every qualifying booking (see Section 5); 
  • Platinum Studio bookings – Free Parking for the duration of the tenancy, subject to availability, in addition to the Kitchen & Bedroom Pack (see Section 6); 
  • Gold and Silver Studio bookings – a Free Entertainment Package (a £100 Netflix or Disney+ gift card), in addition to the Kitchen & Bedroom Pack (see Section 7). 

Entitlements are determined by the room type booked and are not interchangeable between room types. No cash alternative is available for any element of this offer. 

3. Eligibility – Student 

To qualify for this offer, students must: 

  • Be aged 18 years or older at the start of the 2027/28 tenancy or contract period; 
  • Be undertaking a course of study at a UK further or higher education institution during the 2027/28 academic year; 
  • Complete a booking (as defined in Section 4) for a qualifying studio room at Caledon Court for the 2027/28 academic year during the Offer Period; 
  • Move in to the accommodation within 14 days of the start of the 2027/28 tenancy or contract period; 
  • Not be in rent arrears or in breach of any existing or previous tenancy agreement with Now Student Living; and 
  • Where required, have their booking guarantor-signed in line with these terms. 

4. Booking Completion 

A booking is considered complete once the student has: 

  • Accepted the terms and conditions of Now Student Living’s 2027/28 Tenancy Agreement or Contractual Agreement; 
  • Passed any applicable cooling-off or cancellation period without giving notice of cancellation; and 
  • Successfully completed all required booking steps during the Offer Period. 

Bookings not completed within the Offer Period will not qualify for this offer. 

5. Kitchen & Bedroom Pack Provision (All Studios)

A Kitchen & Bedroom Pack will be provided automatically to all qualifying studio bookings at Caledon Court, regardless of room type. Students do not need to contact the property to request this.

The pack will be provided at or shortly after move-in, as arranged by the on-site team, and will comprise:

6. Free Parking Provision (Platinum Studio Only) 

Students who book a Platinum Studio will be allocated one parking space for the duration of their tenancy, subject to availability and the property’s standard parking terms. Parking is provided automatically to qualifying bookings and does not need to be requested separately. Where a parking space is not available at the time of move-in due to limited capacity, Now Student Living will add the student to a waiting list and allocate the next available space, or offer an alternative benefit of equivalent value if no space becomes available within a reasonable period. Now Student Living reserves the right to manage allocation at the property’s discretion, including where space is limited. 

7. Entertainment Package Provision (Gold and Silver Studios Only) 

Students who book a Gold or Silver Studio will receive a Free Entertainment Package, in the form of a £100 Netflix or Disney+ gift card (the student’s choice). The gift card is a one-off benefit and does not commit Now Student Living to a specific subscription plan, price, or length of service, as these are set by Netflix and Disney+ and may change. Students should confirm their preferred service to the on-site team within 14 days of move-in. If a student does not confirm a preference within this time, the on-site team will issue a Netflix gift card by default. The gift card will be issued by the on-site team by 1st November 2028, or of the student’s preference being confirmed, whichever is later. 

8. Claim Process and Contact 

Students do not need to make a separate claim for the Kitchen & Bedroom Pack or Free Parking, which are issued automatically as set out in Sections 5 and 6. For the Entertainment Package, students should confirm their preferred service as set out in Section 7. 9. Exclusions 

This offer: 

  • Applies only to qualifying studio bookings at Caledon Court for the 2027/28 academic year; 
  • Provides entitlements specific to the room type booked, as set out in Section 2; a student who does not book the relevant room type is not entitled to that element of the offer; 
  • Cannot be applied retrospectively to bookings already completed for the 2027/28 academic year, unless the Best Price & Offer Guarantee applies. The Best Price & Offer Guarantee is Now Student Living’s separate commitment to apply a better offer that becomes available for the same property and room type after a student has booked.
  • Cannot be used in conjunction with any other rebooking, direct booking, rent credit, free rent, or voucher offer at Caledon Court; 
  • Excludes bookings made through a nomination or agent agreement, including agent referrals; 
  • Excludes semester, flexible, and summer bookings; and 
  • Excludes students who are in rent arrears or in breach of any existing or previous tenancy agreement with Now Student Living (see Section 3). 

10. Data Use, Verification and Liability 

By making a booking, students’ contact details will be used by Now Student Living to administer and communicate about this offer, including arranging the Entertainment Package and Kitchen & Bedroom Pack with the on-site team, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Now Student Living reserves the right to: 

  • Verify eligibility at any time; 
  • Withhold or withdraw any element of this offer in cases of suspected misuse, breach of these terms, or inaccurate information. 

Where any element of this offer cannot be provided due to technical faults, system failures, supplier issues, or circumstances beyond Now Student Living’s control, Now Student Living may replace that element with an alternative of equal or greater value. Otherwise, Now Student Living accepts no responsibility for any element of this offer not successfully provided due to such circumstances. 

11. Transfer and Early Exit 

Entitlements under this offer are personal to the qualifying student and are non-transferable to another person. If a student changes room type after qualifying for this offer, their entitlement will be adjusted to match the entitlement for their new room type from the date of the change, or removed if the new room type carries no entitlement under Section 2. If a student cancels their booking after the cooling-off period referred to in Section 4, or otherwise leaves their accommodation before the end of the 2027/28 tenancy, Now Student Living reserves the right to recover the value of any gift card or benefit already issued, and/or to decline to provide any element of this offer not yet issued. 

12. General 

This offer is governed by the laws of Scotland, and the Scottish courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from it. 

Now Student Living reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or replace this offer, or any part of it, at any time without prior notice (see Section 1). 

All rooms and parking spaces are subject to availability. 

Participation in this offer constitutes acceptance of these terms in full.
