1. Offer Period
The Offer is open from the start date shown for each property in Section 2 and is currently ongoing with no fixed end date (“Offer Period”), save that it will close earlier if the budget allocated to the Offer is fully used, or if withdrawn under Section 11. It applies to qualifying bookings for the 2027/28 academic year only at the properties listed. Now Student Living reserves the right to withdraw, amend or replace this Offer at any time without prior notice (see Section 11 for how this affects bookings already made).
2. Offer Summary
Students can qualify as either a Rebooker or a Direct Let, and the incentive differs for each. The incentive also depends on the property and room type:

A “Qualifying Room” is a room type listed in the table above for the relevant property. Cashback is provided as a credit to the student’s rent account (a “Rent Credit”). Free Laundry is provided as a prepaid laundry voucher; any maximum value is shown in the table above.
The Rent Credit, Cashback and laundry vouchers will only be issued once all eligibility criteria and conditions below have been met. No cash alternative is available for any incentive.
3. Eligibility – Student
To qualify, students must:
- Be aged 18 or older at the start of the 2027/28 tenancy or contract period;
- Be undertaking a course of study at a UK further or higher education institution during 2027/28;
- Book a Qualifying Room for 2027/28 during the Offer Period;
- Move in at the start of the 2027/28 tenancy or contract period;
- Not be in rent arrears or in breach of any existing or previous tenancy agreement with Now Student Living; and
- Where required, have their booking guarantor-signed in line with these terms.
4. Eligibility – Rebooker or Direct Let
A “Rebooker” is a student resident at one of the properties listed in Section 2 during 2026/27 who rebooks a Qualifying Room at the same property for 2027/28 during the Offer Period.
A “Direct Let” is a student who completes a new booking directly with Now Student Living for a Qualifying Room for 2027/28 during the Offer Period, and who was either (i) not resident at any of the properties listed in Section 2 during 2026/27; or (ii) resident at one of them in 2026/27 but is booking a Qualifying Room at a different one for 2027/28.
Bookings made through a nomination agreement do not qualify as a Direct Let and are excluded in full (see Section 9).
Students should confirm which route applies at the time of booking, as this determines the incentive received under Section 2.
5. Booking Completion
A booking is complete once the student has:
- Accepted the terms of Now Student Living’s 2027/28 Tenancy Agreement or Contractual Agreement;
- Passed any applicable cooling-off or cancellation period without giving notice of cancellation; and
- Completed all required booking steps during the Offer Period.
Bookings not completed within the Offer Period will not qualify.
6. Claim Process
To receive a Rent Credit or Cashback, a qualifying student must email their property within 24 hours of signing the 2027/28 Tenancy Agreement or Contractual Agreement – not from the end of any cooling-off period under Section 5 – quoting the claim code CASHBACK followed by the value of their incentive in pounds. For example, a student entitled to a £100 incentive would quote CASHBACK100, and a student entitled to a £200 incentive would quote CASHBACK200.
The email must be sent to the property’s own email address, which is the property name in lowercase with no spaces, followed by @nowstudents.co.uk.
If Now Student Living does not have a record of this confirmation within the required timeframe, the Rent Credit or Cashback will be deemed invalid and will not be honoured.
This process does not apply to Free Laundry, which is issued automatically (see Section 7).
7. Free Laundry Provision
Free Laundry is provided as a prepaid laundry voucher, issued via Circuit or Washco dependent on your site’s provider. It applies automatically to qualifying bookings as set out in Section 2; students do not need to contact the property to request it. Eligibility will be identified automatically by Now Student Living. The voucher will be issued by 3rd November 2027, provided the student’s rent account is not in arrears.
8. Distribution
The Rent Credit or Cashback will be applied as a single credit to the student’s rent account, subject to all qualifying conditions being met and the rent account not being in arrears. It will be applied to eligible bookings during the Offer Period or until any allocated budget for the Offer is exhausted, whichever is sooner (see Section 1).
Laundry vouchers will be issued electronically by email by 3rd November 2027, subject to all qualifying conditions being met.
The Rent Credit, Cashback and laundry vouchers are personal to the qualifying student, non-transferable and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available.
9. Exclusions
This Offer:
- Applies only to the Qualifying Rooms listed in Section 2;
- Cannot be applied retrospectively to bookings already completed for 2027/28, unless the separate Best Price & Offer Guarantee Terms and Conditions apply;
- Cannot be used in conjunction with any other rebooking, direct booking, rent credit, cashback, free rent or voucher offer run by Now Student Living;
- Excludes bookings made through a nomination agreement (see Section 4);
- Excludes semester, flexible and summer bookings; and
- Excludes students in rent arrears or in breach of any existing or previous tenancy agreement with Now Student Living (see Section 3).
The Best Price & Offer Guarantee is covered by its own separate Terms and Conditions.
10. Data Use, Verification and Liability
By making a booking, students’ contact details (including email address) will be used by Now Student Living to administer and communicate about this Offer, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Now Student Living reserves the right to:
- Verify eligibility at any time; and
- Withhold or withdraw incentives in cases of suspected misuse, breach of these terms, or inaccurate information.
Now Student Living accepts no responsibility for bookings not successfully completed during the Offer Period due to technical faults, system failures or network issues beyond its control.
11. General
This Offer is governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from it.
Now Student Living reserves the right to withdraw, amend or replace this Offer at any time without prior notice. However, any booking that has already met all qualifying conditions under these terms before such withdrawal, amendment or replacement will still receive the incentive(s) it has qualified for.
All Qualifying Rooms are subject to availability. Participation in this Offer constitutes acceptance of these terms in full.
