These terms and conditions apply to the £200 Rent Credit or Free Laundry Offer at Market House, Newcastle, for the 2027/28 academic year, available on Gold En Suite and Platinum En Suite rooms only.

1. Offer Period

This offer (“£200 Rent Credit or Free Laundry Offer”) is open from 12 October 2026 and is currently ongoing with no fixed end date, or until the budget allocated to this offer is exhausted, whichever is sooner (“Offer Period”). This budget limit applies to both the Rent Credit and the Free Laundry incentive. The offer applies to bookings made for the 2027/28 academic year only, for Gold En Suite and Platinum En Suite rooms at Market House, Newcastle. Now Student Living reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or replace this offer at any time without prior notice (see Section 11 for how this affects bookings already made).

2. Offer Summary

Eligible students who complete a qualifying booking during the Offer Period may choose ONE of the following incentives (not both):

  • £200 Rent Credit, applied as a credit against rent; or
  • Free Laundry, provided as a prepaid laundry voucher with a value of £200.

The selected incentive will only be issued once all eligibility criteria and conditions set out below have been met. No cash alternative is available for either incentive, and no additional incentive will be provided beyond the single option selected.

3. Eligibility – Student

To qualify for this offer, students must:

  • Be aged 18 years or older at the start of the 2027/28 tenancy or contract period;
  • Be undertaking a course of study at a UK further or higher education institution during the 2027/28 academic year;
  • Complete a booking for a Gold En Suite or Platinum En Suite room at Market House, Newcastle, for the 2027/28 academic year during the Offer Period;
  • Move in to the accommodation at the start of the 2027/28 tenancy or contract period;
  • Not be in rent arrears or in breach of any existing or previous tenancy agreement with Now Student Living; and
  • Where required, have their booking guarantor-signed in line with these terms.

4. Booking Completion

A booking is considered complete once the student has:

  • Accepted the terms and conditions of Now Student Living’s 2027/28 Tenancy Agreement or Contractual Agreement;
  • Passed any applicable cooling-off or cancellation period without giving notice of cancellation; and
  • Successfully completed all required booking steps during the Offer Period.

Bookings not completed within the Offer Period will not qualify for this offer.

5. Claim Your Incentive

Students must select one of the following options and confirm their choice by emailing [email protected] within 72 hours of completing their booking:

Rent Credit Selection:

  • Quote CASHBACK200 to receive the £200 Rent Credit.

Free Laundry Selection:

  • Quote LAUNDRY200 to receive the £200 Free Laundry voucher.

If Now Student Living does not have a record of a selection within the required timeframe, the offer will default to Free Laundry, which will be issued automatically in accordance with Section 6.

6. Free Laundry Provision

Where Free Laundry has been selected (or applied by default under Section 5), it will be provided in the form of a prepaid Washpoint laundry voucher with a value of £200. The laundry voucher will be issued by 1st November 2028, provided the student’s rent account is not in arrears.

7. Rent Credit Distribution

The Rent Credit will be applied only where the student has selected it under Section 5. Where selected, it will be applied as a single £200 credit against the second instalment of rent due for the 2027/28 tenancy. Where a student has no second instalment outstanding.

The Rent Credit will be applied to eligible bookings during the Offer Period or until the allocated budget for this offer is exhausted, whichever is sooner (see Section 1).

8. Exclusions

This offer:

  • Applies only to Gold En Suite and Platinum En Suite room bookings at Market House, Newcastle; other room types are excluded;
  • Cannot be applied retrospectively to bookings already completed for the 2027/28 academic year, unless the Best Price & Offer Guarantee applies. The Best Price & Offer Guarantee is Now Student Living’s separate commitment to apply a better offer that becomes available for the same property and room type after a student has booked;
  • Cannot be used in conjunction with any other rebooking, direct booking, rent credit, free rent, or voucher offer run by Now Student Living;
  • Excludes bookings made through a nomination or agent agreement, including agent referrals;
  • Excludes semester, flexible, and summer bookings; and
  • Excludes students who are in rent arrears or in breach of any existing or previous tenancy agreement with Now Student Living (see Section 3).

9. Data Use, Verification and Liability

By making a booking, students’ contact details (including email address) will be used by Now Student Living to administer and communicate about this offer, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Now Student Living reserves the right to:

  • Verify eligibility at any time;
  • Withhold or withdraw incentives in cases of suspected misuse, breach of these terms, or inaccurate information.

Now Student Living accepts no responsibility for bookings not successfully completed during the Offer Period due to technical faults, system failures, or network issues beyond its control.

10. Clawback

If a student’s tenancy ends before the end of the 2027/28 academic year, or a booking is cancelled, surrendered, or assigned to another person after the Rent Credit has been applied or the Free Laundry voucher has been issued, Now Student Living reserves the right to require repayment of the value of the credit or voucher issued, or to deduct an equivalent amount from any refund or deposit otherwise due to the student.

11. General

This offer is governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from it.

Now Student Living reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or replace this offer at any time without prior notice. However, any booking that has already met all qualifying conditions under these terms before such withdrawal, amendment or replacement will still receive the incentive it has qualified for.

All rooms are subject to availability.

Participation in this offer constitutes acceptance of these terms in full.
