There is always someone available to talk to, providing a safe and secure environment for students to thrive in.

Transport

Market House benefits from excellent transport links, making it a great choice for students looking to explore Newcastle and beyond. The accommodation is just a few minutes’ walk from Newcastle Central Station, providing easy access to train services across the UK. The city’s bus and metro network is also easily accessible from Market House, with a number of stops located nearby. Whether you’re looking to explore the local area or travel further afield, the transport links from Market House make it easy to get around.

Unless residents have paid for a car park space via a separate agreement, they are not permitted to park at the Building. Any unauthorised vehicles may be clamped, which may require payment of a release fee to the 3rd Party managing the car park.

Residents are prohibited from applying for and obtaining a Resident’s Permit (defined as a “Resident’s Permit” issued by the Council of the City of Newcastle upon Tyne pursuant to or in accordance with Article 32 of Article 33 of the City of Newcastle upon Tyne (On Street Parking Places) Order 2009 (as amended) or any corresponding provision of any successive parking order).
