Who are Now Students

Now Students is a team of dedicated individuals who are committed to providing you with a stress-free and fulfilling student lifestyle during your studies. We offer a nationwide portfolio of high-quality student residences that come equipped with state-of-the-art facilities, private en-suite bedrooms, and every home comfort you could wish for.

We understand that studying can be challenging, so we provide quiet places for you to study, as well as a range of activities and events that help you connect with like-minded individuals. Our goal is to create a community where you feel supported and inspired to achieve your goals.

With over 50 years of combined experience, we have learned what it takes to create a welcoming and comfortable environment that promotes growth and success.

Our team works closely with third-party operators to ensure that each building is unique and reflects the surrounding community while still providing modern amenities and facilities. We believe that life in our residences and cities should be stress-free and full of opportunities for students to connect, learn, and thrive.

Now Student Living complies with the ANUK Code, and are also ARLA Property Mark Members. You can find information on the government guidelines to renting here. Whilst most of the information in the guide is applicable to us; not all of it is. If you have any queries, please speak with your Residence Team. Now Student Living is also regulated by RICS.
