Transport
Alma Court is conveniently located near a number of transport links, making it easy for students to travel around Canterbury and beyond. The city’s main bus station is just a 10-minute walk away, providing access to regular buses to nearby towns and cities, as well as direct links to London. Canterbury East and West train stations are also within walking distance, with frequent trains to London, Dover, and the Kent coast. Unless residents have paid for a car park space via a separate agreement, they are not permitted to park at the Building. Any unauthorised vehicles may be clamped, which may require payment of a release fee to the 3rd Party managing the car park.
Neither residents nor visitors are permitted to bring private vehicles onto the property except:
1) at the beginning and end of term times (of the higher education providers servicing the occupants/lessees),
2) where private motor vehicles are brought onto the Property by registered disabled occupiers; and
3) for commercial vehicles using the service area comprising part of the Property for managing and servicing the Property and adjacent premises.
