Transport

Avon Studios is conveniently located with excellent transport links. The Bath Spa train station is only a 20 minute walk, with frequent trains to Bristol, London, and other major cities. The local bus station is also nearby, making it easy to explore the city and surrounding areas.

Plus, for those who enjoy cycling, there are plenty of bike racks available on-site. With such easy access to public transport, students can easily explore and make the most of all that Bath has to offer.

Unless residents have paid for a car park space via a separate agreement, they are not permitted to park at the Building. Any unauthorised vehicles may be clamped, which may require payment of a release fee to the 3rd Party managing the car park.

Residents are not to keep or run a motor vehicle on or within 3km of the Property for so long as they reside at the Property (except for the purposes of moving into and out of the Property).

In addition residents of Avon Studios agree not to bring or keep a car within 3KM of the property
