1. Offer Period

This offer (“Two Weeks’ Free Rent Offer”) is open from 24th December 2025 to 00:01 on 24th April 2026 (“Offer Period”), or until the budgeted number of 70 eligible bookings is reached, whichever occurs first.

The offer applies to qualifying bookings made for the 2026/27 academic year at Portswood House, Southampton only.

2. Offer Summary

Eligible students who complete a qualifying 51-week booking as either a rebooker or direct let during the Offer Period will receive:

  • Two weeks’ free rent, applied as a rent credit (“Offer”).

The rent credit will be applied in accordance with the terms set out below.
No cash or alternative incentives are available.

3. Eligibility – Student

To qualify for this Offer, students must:

  • Be aged 18 years or older at the start of the 2026/27 tenancy or contract period;
  • Be undertaking a course of study at a UK further or higher education institution during the 2026/27 academic year;
  • Complete a 51-week tenancy or contractual agreement as either a rebooker or direct let at Portswood House, Southampton;
  • Check in to the accommodation at the start of the 2026/27 tenancy or contract period; and
  • Not be in rent arrears or in breach of any existing or previous tenancy agreement with Now Student Living.

Rooms are subject to availability.

4. Booking Completion

A booking is considered complete once the student has:

  • Accepted the terms and conditions of Now Student Living’s 2026/27 Tenancy Agreement or Contractual Agreement; and
  • Passed any applicable cooling-off or cancellation period without giving notice of cancellation.

Bookings not completed during the Offer Period will not qualify.

5. Offer Limitations

This Offer:

  • Is limited to the first 70 eligible 51-week bookings completed during the Offer Period;
  • Applies only to 51-week tenancies;
  • Excludes shorter tenancies, semester, flexible, and summer bookings;
  • Is not applicable to bookings made via any portal other than the Now Student Living website; and
  • Is not applicable to bookings made through university or institutional nomination or referral agreements.

6. Rebooker Choice Process

Existing 2026/27 51-week rebookers who booked prior to the Offer launch date will be contacted and offered a choice between:

  • Their previously communicated rebooker incentive (for example, laundry and voucher incentives); or
  • This Two Weeks’ Free Rent Offer.

Eligible rebookers cannot receive both offers.
Once a student has confirmed their selection, the choice is final and cannot be changed.

Students must confirm their choice no later than 24th April 2026.

7. Direct Let Bookings Outside the Offer Period

Direct let bookings completed before the Offer Period will not be proactively contacted regarding this Offer.

Where applicable, such students may be considered under Now Student Living’s existing Best Offer or Best Price Guarantee processes, at Now Student Living’s discretion and subject to the required process being followed.

8. Rent Credit Application

  • The value of two weeks’ rent, based on the weekly rent of the booked room type, will be applied as a single rent credit against the second instalment of rent.
  • The rent credit will be applied automatically to eligible bookings until 24th of April 2026 or until the allocation of 70 bookings is exhausted.
  • The rent credit is personal to the qualifying student, non-transferable, and non-refundable.
  • No cash or alternative forms of compensation are available.

If a student falls into rent arrears or their tenancy is terminated early, Now Student Living reserves the right to withdraw or adjust the rent credit in line with its standard policies.

9. Data Use, Verification and Liability

By making a booking under this Offer, students consent to their email address and contact details being used by Now Student Living for the purposes of administering and communicating about the Offer.

Now Student Living accepts no responsibility for bookings not successfully completed during the Offer Period due to technical faults, system failures, hardware or software issues, or network or server failures beyond its control.

10. General

This Offer is governed by all relevant UK laws.

Now Student Living reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or replace this Offer at any time without prior notice.

Participation in this Offer constitutes acceptance of these terms in full.
