Students who complete a 51 week booking (“Booking”) as either a rebooker or a direct let at Now Student Living’s Portswood House, Southampton property for the 26/27 academic year between the 17th December-1st February 2026 (“Entry Period”), or until the budgeted number of 70 eligible bookings is reached (whichever is sooner), will receive two weeks’ free rent applied as a rent credit (“Offer”).

To qualify students must:

  • be aged 18 years or older at the start of the 26/27 tenancy period; and
  • be undertaking a course of study at an institution of further and/or higher education in the United Kingdom during the 26/27 academic year; and
  • complete a 51-week tenancy or contractual agreement as either a rebooker or a direct let at Portswood House, Southampton; and
  • check-in to the accommodation at the start of the 26/27 tenancy or contract period.

For a Booking to be considered “complete”, the student must have accepted the terms and conditions of Now Student Living’s 26/27 tenancy or contractual agreement, and any applicable cooling off or cancellation period must have expired without the student giving Now Student Living notice of cancellation. Rooms are always subject to availability.

The Offer:

  • is limited to the first 70 eligible 51‑week Bookings (rebooker and direct let) made during the Entry Period; and
  • applies only to 51‑week tenancies (shorter tenancies, semester, flexible and summer bookings are excluded); and
  • cannot be applied retrospectively to students who have already completed a 51week booking for the 26/27 academic year unless they are contacted as part of the rebooker choice process described below; and
  • the offer is as stated, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The vouchers are not transferable. This offer is subject to availability, and we reserve the right to substitute any offer with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
  • the promoter is not responsible for inaccurate offer details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
  • not applicable to those bookings made via a portal other than the NSL website.
  • not applicable to those bookings via University or Institutional nomination/referral.
  • cannot be used in conjunction with any existing rebooker offer (including, but not limited to, laundry and voucher incentives) or any other promotion or discount.

Existing 26/27 51week rebookers who have already booked prior to the Offer launch date will be contacted and offered a choice of one of the following:

  • the previously communicated rebooker incentive (for example, laundry and voucher); or
  • this Two Weeks Free Offer.

These rebookers cannot receive both offers. Once a student has confirmed their choice, it is final and cannot be changed. These rebookers must inform them of their choice to change to this offer no later than the offer expiry date of 1st February 2026.

Direct let bookings completed before the Entry Period will not be proactively contacted about this Offer. However, where applicable, students may be considered under Now Student Living’s existing “best offer” or “best price guarantee” processes at Now Student Living’s discretion, should the required process be followed by the customer.

The value of two weeks’ rent (based on the weekly rent for the booked room type) will be applied as a single rent credit against the second instalment of rent. This will automatically be applied to eligible bookings until the 1st February 2026 or the budgeted number of 70 is reached. There are no cash alternatives to this rent credit. The credit is personal to the qualifying student, nontransferable and nonrefundable.

Existing Now Student Living students who are in rent arrears or who are otherwise in breach of their 25/26 tenancy agreement are not eligible for this Offer. If a student falls into arrears or their tenancy is terminated early, Now Student Living reserves the right to withdraw or adjust the rent credit in line with its standard policies.

By making a Booking at a Property under this Offer, each student gives their consent for their email address and contact details to be used by Now Student Living for the purposes of administering and communicating about this Offer.

Now Student Living accepts no responsibility for Bookings not successfully completed during the Entry Period due to any technical fault, technical malfunction, hardware or software failure, or network or server failure of any kind.

These terms and conditions are governed by all relevant UK laws. Now Student Living reserves the right to withdraw or change this Offer at any time.
