1. Offer Period

This prize draw (“IIS Survey Prize Draw”) is open from 20th April 2026 to 17th May 2026 (“Survey Period”). Entries received outside of this period will not be eligible.

2. Prize Summary

One (1) eligible student will receive:

  • 2 x Parklife Festival tickets (20th–21st June 2026)

The prize consists of festival tickets only. Travel, accommodation, food, drink, spending money and any other costs associated with attending Parklife Festival are not included and are the sole responsibility of the winner. No cash alternative is available. The prize is non-transferable and non-refundable.

3. Eligibility

To qualify for this prize draw, students must:

  • Be aged 18 years or older at the time of entry
  • Be a current resident at a Now Student Living property during the Survey Period
  • Be undertaking a tenancy of 16 weeks or more at a Now Student Living property
  • Complete the IIS resident satisfaction survey in full during the Survey Period, including providing their full name and email address at the end of the survey
  • Hold a valid, active tenancy agreement with Now Student Living
  • Not be in rent arrears or in breach of any existing tenancy agreement with Now Student Living at the time of entry or prize fulfilment

4. How to Enter

Entry is automatic upon full completion of the IIS resident satisfaction survey during the Survey Period. To be entered into the prize draw, students must complete the survey in full and provide their full name and email address when prompted at the end of the survey. Entries submitted without a full name and valid email address will not be eligible. Only one entry per resident will be accepted. No purchase is necessary.

5. Prize Draw

  • All eligible entries will be entered into a prize draw following verification by Now Student Living
  • The draw will take place on 18th May 2026
  • One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries
  • The winner will be notified by email from [email protected] on 19th May 2026
  • The winner must accept the prize by 22nd May 2026 by responding to the notification email
  • Failure to respond and accept the prize by 22nd May 2026 will result in the prize being forfeited and a new winner being selected from the remaining eligible entries
  • Now Student Living reserves the right to re-draw until a winner has accepted the prize

6. Prize Fulfilment

  • Tickets will be issued electronically via email following acceptance of the prize
  • Tickets are for Parklife Festival, 20th–21st June 2026, Heaton Park, Manchester
  • The prize includes festival entry tickets only — 2 tickets for the full weekend (20th–21st June 2026)
  • Travel to and from the festival, accommodation, food, drink, spending money and any other associated costs are not included and are entirely the responsibility of the winner
  • Tickets are personal to the winner, non-transferable and non-refundable
  • Now Student Living accepts no responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged tickets once issued
  • Now Student Living accepts no responsibility for any changes to the festival programme, cancellations or postponements outside of its control
  • No cash alternative is available

7. Exclusions

This prize draw excludes:

  • Students undertaking a tenancy of less than 16 weeks at a Now Student Living property
  • Students not in residence at a Now Student Living property during the Survey Period
  • Students who have not provided their full name and email address at the end of the survey
  • Students in rent arrears or in breach of their tenancy agreement at the time of entry or prize fulfilment
  • Employees of Now Student Living and their immediate family members
  • Entries submitted outside of the Survey Period

8. Data Use and Privacy

By entering the prize draw, students consent to their full name and email address being collected via the survey and used by Now Student Living for the purposes of administering and communicating about this prize draw. Personal data will be handled in accordance with Now Student Living’s privacy policy. Winner names may be shared internally and announced via Now Student Living communications unless the winner requests otherwise.

Now Student Living reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to withhold or withdraw the prize in cases of suspected misuse, breach of these terms, or inaccurate information provided.

9. General

  • This prize draw is governed by the laws of England and Wales
  • Now Student Living reserves the right to withdraw, amend or replace this prize draw at any time without prior notice
  • Participation in this prize draw constitutes acceptance of these terms in full
  • Now Student Living accepts no responsibility for entries not received due to technical faults, system failures or network issues beyond its control
