Free Bus Pass with Free Gym Pass or £500 Cashback Offer – Avon Studios

These terms and conditions apply to the Free Bus Pass with Free Gym Pass or £500 Cashback Offer at Avon Studios for the 2026/27 academic year.

1. Offer Period

This offer (“Free Bus Pass with Free Gym Pass or £500 Cashback Offer”) is open from 01/05/2026 and will remain available until 31/05/2026 or until a maximum of 30 qualifying bookings have been completed, whichever occurs first (“Offer Period”). The offer applies to new bookings made for the 2026/27 academic year only at Avon Studios, a Now Student Living property. The offer will close automatically at the end of the Offer Period or once 30 qualifying bookings have been confirmed.

2. Offer Summary

Eligible students who complete a qualifying booking during the Offer Period will receive:

One (1) Free Bus Pass provided through First Bus (“Bus Pass”); and
Either: One (1) Free Gym Pass (“Gym Pass”); or £500 Cashback, applied as a rent credit (“Cashback”).

Students must select either the Gym Pass or the Cashback at the point of booking. Only one of these two incentives may be claimed per qualifying booking. The Bus Pass is included with every qualifying booking in addition to the student’s chosen incentive. All incentives will only be issued once all eligibility criteria and conditions set out below have been met. Incentives are non-transferable and no cash alternative is available for the Bus Pass or the Gym Pass.

3. Eligibility – Student

To qualify for this offer, students must:

Be aged 18 years or older at the start of the 2026/27 tenancy or contract period;
Be undertaking a course of study at a UK further or higher education institution during the 2026/27 academic year;
Complete a booking at Avon Studios for an eligible room type during the Offer Period;
Book a tenancy with a minimum stay of 41 weeks;
Complete the booking as either a Rebooker or Direct Let booking;
Check in to the accommodation at the start of the 2026/27 tenancy or contract period;
Not be in rent arrears or in breach of any existing or previous tenancy agreement with Now Student Living; and
Ensure their booking is countersigned before the offer allocation limit is reached. Rooms are subject to availability.

4. Booking Completion

A booking is considered complete once the student has:

Accepted the terms and conditions of Now Student Living’s 2026/27 Tenancy Agreement or Contractual Agreement, with a tenancy length of at least 41 weeks;
Passed any applicable cooling-off or cancellation period without giving notice of cancellation;
Selected either the Gym Pass or the £500 Cashback as their chosen incentive (in addition to the Bus Pass); and
Successfully completed all required booking steps.

Only the first 30 bookings at Avon Studios that meet all eligibility criteria will qualify for this offer. Bookings completed after the allocation has been reached will not qualify. The chosen incentive (Gym Pass or Cashback) cannot be changed once the booking has been completed and the cooling-off period has passed.

5. Bus Pass Provision

Eligible students will receive one (1) First Bus Uni Year Ticket (“Bus Pass”) within the Bath Fare Zone.
The Bus Pass will be provided at or shortly after check-in at Avon Studios.
The Bus Pass will be valid for the 2026/27 academic year period (Sept–May).
The Bus Pass is intended to support the student’s journey to and from their University campus.
The Bus Pass covers unlimited travel within the Bath Fare Zone, including the dedicated University services connecting the University of Bath and Bath Spa University:
- Service U1 — University of Bath ⇄ Bathwick Hill ⇄ City Centre
- Service U2 — University of Bath ⇄ Oldfield Park
- Service U3 — University of Bath ⇄ City Centre ⇄ Oldfield Park ⇄ Bath Spa University
- Service U4 — University of Bath ⇄ Combe Down ⇄ Odd Down ⇄ Southdown ⇄ Twerton ⇄ Bath Spa University
Route coverage, validity zones, and the format of the Bus Pass are determined by First Bus and may vary.
Use of the Bus Pass is subject to First Bus’s own terms and conditions of carriage.
Lost, stolen, or damaged Bus Passes will not be replaced by Now Student Living and any replacement must be arranged with First Bus, subject to their terms.
No cash alternative will be offered in place of the Bus Pass.

6. Gym Pass Provision (where Gym Pass is selected)

Where a student selects the Gym Pass as their chosen incentive:

The Gym Pass will be provided at or shortly after check-in at Avon Studios.
The Gym Pass will be valid for a period of up to twelve (12) months from the date of issue.
The specific gym provider, location, and membership type covered by the Gym Pass may vary depending on availability and partnerships in the Avon area.
The Gym Pass entitles the student to a standard membership only; any additional services (such as personal training, premium classes, treatments, or guest access) are excluded and remain the responsibility of the student.
Use of the Gym Pass is subject to the gym provider’s own terms and conditions, including any age, health, induction, or behavioural requirements.
Lost, stolen, or unused Gym Passes will not be replaced or extended.
No cash alternative will be offered in place of the Gym Pass.

7. Cashback Provision (where Cashback is selected)

Where a student selects the £500 Cashback as their chosen incentive:

Cashback will be applied as a single £500 credit against the second instalment of rent.
Cashback will only be applied once the student has checked in, provided their rent account is not in arrears.
Cashback cannot be transferred or exchanged for alternative incentives.

8. Exclusions

This offer:

Cannot be applied retrospectively to bookings already completed for the 2026/27 academic year;
Cannot be used in conjunction with any other cashback, voucher, free rent, or incentive offers, unless explicitly stated by Now Student Living;
Excludes bookings made through nomination agreements or referral agreements (international agent referrals qualify);
Excludes semester, flexible, and summer bookings;
Excludes any booking with a tenancy length of less than 41 weeks.

Existing Now Student Living students who are in rent arrears or in breach of their current tenancy agreement are not eligible for this offer.

9. Data Use, Verification and Liability

By making a booking, students consent to their email address and contact details being used by Now Student Living for the purposes of administering and communicating about this offer, including the sharing of any necessary details with First Bus and/or the relevant gym provider in order to issue the Bus Pass and (where applicable) the Gym Pass.

Now Student Living reserves the right to:

Verify eligibility at any time;
Withhold or withdraw incentives in cases of suspected misuse, breach of these terms, or inaccurate information.

Now Student Living accepts no responsibility for bookings not successfully completed due to technical faults, system failures, or network issues beyond its control, nor for any service disruption, cancellation, or change to bus routes provided by First Bus or to facilities provided by the relevant gym operator.

10. General

This offer is governed by all relevant UK laws. Now Student Living reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or replace this offer at any time without prior notice. Participation in this offer constitutes acceptance of these terms in full.
