1. Offer Period

This offer (“Airport Transfer Offer”) is available to eligible residents who book a room at an Eligible Property (as set out in Section 3 below) for the 2026/27 academic year (“Offer Period”).

Residents must submit their flight details by the cut-off date of 31st July 2026 in order to receive the airport transfer. If no flight details are received by close of play (COP) on 31st July 2026, the offer will revert to the standard incentive available at the time of the resident’s room booking.

Any bookings made after 31st July 2026 will not be eligible for the airport transfer and will instead receive only the incentives available at the time of booking.

2. Offer Summary

Eligible residents who complete a qualifying booking at an Eligible Property and who meet the requirements set out below will receive:

  1. A complimentary one-way airport transfer from the airport relevant to the Eligible Property (as set out in Section 3 below) to that Eligible Property (“Offer”).

The airport transfer will be applied in accordance with the terms set out below. No cash or alternative incentives are available.

3. Eligible Properties and Airports

The Offer is available at the following Now Student Living properties (“Eligible Properties”). The airport(s) relevant to each Eligible Property are set out below:

  1. Bailey Fields, Sheffield – London Heathrow Airport or Manchester Airport

Now Student Living reserves the right to add, amend, or remove Eligible Properties and/or the relevant airports at any time. The list of Eligible Properties and their relevant airports in force at the time of a resident’s booking will apply to that booking.

4. Eligibility – Student

To qualify for this Offer, residents must:

  1. Be aged 18 years or older at the start of the 2026/27 tenancy or contract period;
  2. Be undertaking a course of study at a UK further or higher education institution during the 2026/27 academic year;
  3. Complete a qualifying tenancy or contractual agreement at an Eligible Property;
  4. Check in to the accommodation at the start of the 2026/27 tenancy or contract period; and
  5. Not be in rent arrears or in breach of any existing or previous tenancy agreement with Now Student Living.

Rooms are subject to availability.

5. Booking Completion

A booking is considered complete once the resident has:

  1. Accepted the terms and conditions of Now Student Living’s 2026/27 Tenancy Agreement or Contractual Agreement; and
  2. Passed any applicable cooling-off or cancellation period without giving notice of cancellation.

Bookings not completed in line with the above will not qualify for this Offer.

6. Claim Process

To claim the Offer, residents must follow the process below:

  1. At the time of booking, the resident must email Now Student Living to request the airport transfer, specifying the airport relevant to their Eligible Property (as set out in Section 3);
  2. The resident must complete the airport transfer form provided by Now Student Living, capturing their flight details and contact numbers;
  3. Flight details must be submitted no later than close of play (COP) on 31st July 2026;
  4. Upon submission of the form, an acknowledgement letter will be issued by Now Student Living to confirm receipt of the flight details; and
  5. Flight details will be recorded on the live spreadsheet shared with the Veezu team to arrange the transfer.

If flight details are not received by the cut-off date, the Offer will revert to the standard incentive available at the time of the resident’s room booking.

7. Offer Limitations

This Offer:

  1. Applies only to qualifying bookings made at an Eligible Property for the 2026/27 academic year;
  2. Is limited to one one-way airport transfer per eligible resident;
  3. Is available only for transfers from the airport set out in Section 3 to the relevant Eligible Property;
  4. Is not applicable to bookings made via any portal other than the Now Student Living website; and
  5. Is not applicable to bookings made through university or institutional nomination or referral agreements.

8. Transfer Arrangements

Airport transfers will be coordinated by Now Student Living in conjunction with its appointed transfer provider, Veezu.

Residents may be grouped together for transfers where they are travelling on the same flights or arriving at similar times on the same day. By accepting this Offer, residents acknowledge and agree that their transfer may be shared with other eligible residents.

Now Student Living and its appointed transfer provider reserve the right to determine the most practical transfer arrangements, including vehicle type, pick-up time, and pick-up location within the relevant airport.

Residents are responsible for ensuring that the flight details provided are accurate and up to date. Any changes to flight details must be communicated to Now Student Living as soon as possible and, in any event, no later than 48 hours prior to the scheduled arrival.

9. Data Use, Verification and Liability

By making a booking under this Offer, residents consent to their email address, contact details, and flight information being used by Now Student Living and its appointed transfer provider (Veezu) for the purposes of administering, coordinating, and communicating about the airport transfer.

Now Student Living accepts no responsibility for transfers not successfully completed due to:

  1. Inaccurate, incomplete, or late flight information provided by the resident;
  2. Delays, cancellations, or changes to flights that are not communicated to Now Student Living in reasonable time;
  3. Technical faults, system failures, hardware or software issues, or network or server failures beyond its control; or
  4. Any other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Now Student Living or its appointed transfer provider.

10. General

This Offer is governed by all relevant UK laws.

Now Student Living reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or replace this Offer at any time without prior notice.

Participation in this Offer constitutes acceptance of these terms in full.
