These terms and conditions apply to the 1 Year’s Free Rent Prize Draw for the 2026/27 academic year.

1. Promotion Period

This prize draw (“1 Year’s Free Rent Prize Draw”) is open from 1st May 2026 and closes at 23:59 on 31st May 2026 (“Promotion Period”). The prize draw applies to qualifying bookings made for the 2026/27 academic year only at the eligible Properties listed below. Now Student Living reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or replace this prize draw at any time without prior notice.

2. Eligible Properties

The prize draw applies to qualifying bookings completed during the Promotion Period at the following properties:

  • Jennens Court
  • The Grange
  • St Peters Court
  • Prospect Point
  • Exchange Works

Bookings at North Court and any other Now Student Living property are excluded.

3. Prize Summary

Each eligible property will run its own prize draw. At each property, six prizes will be awarded:

  • 1st Prize: 1 Year’s Free Rent for the 2026/27 academic year, applied as a rent credit. Any rent already paid for the 2026/27 academic year at the time of announcement will be refunded.
  • 2nd Prize: £500 GiftPay voucher
  • 3rd Prize: £400 GiftPay voucher
  • 4th Prize: £300 GiftPay voucher
  • 5th Prize: £200 GiftPay voucher
  • 6th Prize: £100 GiftPay voucher

A total of six (6) winners will be drawn at each eligible property, giving thirty (30) winners across the prize draw. No cash alternative is available in place of any prize.

4. Eligibility – Student

To qualify for entry into this prize draw, students must:

  • Be aged 18 years or older at the start of the 2026/27 tenancy or contract period;
  • Be undertaking a course of study at a UK further or higher education institution during the 2026/27 academic year;
  • Complete a booking at one of the eligible Properties listed above for the 2026/27 academic year during the Promotion Period;
  • Check in to the accommodation at the start of the 2026/27 tenancy or contract period;
  • Not be in rent arrears or in breach of any existing or previous tenancy agreement with Now Student Living; and
  • Ensure their booking is countersigned in line with the offer terms. Rooms are subject to availability.

5. Booking Completion

A booking is considered complete and eligible for entry once the student has:

  • Accepted the terms and conditions of Now Student Living’s 2026/27 Tenancy Agreement or Contractual Agreement;
  • Passed any applicable cooling-off or cancellation period without giving notice of cancellation; and
  • Successfully completed all required booking steps between 1st May 2026 and 31st May 2026 inclusive.

Bookings not completed within the Promotion Period will not qualify for entry. Eligible students will be entered into the prize draw automatically, no separate registration is required.

6. Prize Draw and Winner Selection

Winners will be drawn at random by Now Student Living from the pool of eligible bookings at each property after the close of the Promotion Period. The draw will take place within 30 days of the close of the Promotion Period.

Each property will draw six unique winners. The first name drawn will be awarded the 1st Prize and the next five will be awarded 2nd–6th Prize in the order they are drawn. Each student may only win one prize.

Winners will be contacted via the email address provided at the time of booking. If a winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within 14 days of being notified, or is found not to meet all eligibility criteria, the prize will be forfeited and Now Student Living reserves the right to draw a replacement winner.

7. Prize Distribution

  • 1st Prize: The free rent credit will be applied to the winner’s rent account for the 2026/27 academic year. Any rent already paid for the 2026/27 academic year at the time of announcement will be refunded to the original payment method within 28 days of the announcement, subject to the rent account not being in arrears.
  • 2nd–6th Prizes: GiftPay vouchers will be issued electronically via email within 28 days of the announcement, subject to all qualifying conditions being met and the rent account not being in arrears.

All prizes are personal to the qualifying student, non-transferable, and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available.

8. Exclusions

This prize draw:

  • Applies only to bookings at the five eligible Properties listed in section 2, it does not apply to North Court or any other Now Student Living property;
  • Cannot be applied retrospectively to bookings already completed for the 2026/27 academic year before the Promotion Period;
  • Cannot be used in conjunction with any previous Rebooker, Direct Let Cashback, Free Rent, or Voucher offers;
  • Excludes bookings made through nomination agreements or referral agreements (agent referrals may qualify);
  • Excludes semester, flexible, and summer bookings.

Existing Now Student Living students who are in rent arrears or in breach of their 2025/26 tenancy agreement are not eligible for entry.

9. Data Use, Verification and Liability

By making a qualifying booking, students consent to their email address and contact details being used by Now Student Living for the purposes of administering and communicating about this prize draw, including notifying winners and arranging prize distribution.

Now Student Living reserves the right to:

  • Verify eligibility at any time;
  • Withhold or withdraw prizes in cases of suspected misuse, breach of these terms, or inaccurate information.

Now Student Living accepts no responsibility for bookings or entries not successfully completed during the Promotion Period due to technical faults, system failures, or network issues beyond its control.

10. Winners’ Names

The first name and surname initial of winners (e.g. “Jane S.”) may be published on Now Student Living’s website and social media channels. By entering, students consent to such publication. The full names of winners can be requested in writing from Now Student Living at the address below.

11. General

This prize draw is governed by all relevant UK laws. Now Student Living reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or replace this prize draw at any time without prior notice. Participation in this prize draw constitutes acceptance of these terms in full.
